My husband and I have lived in central Kentucky for over 23 years. We own and operate a small farm with Belted Galloway cows, KuneKune pigs and white & blonde emus. I have 2 grown children who are both in the military.

Over the years, we’ve had the pleasure of having many dog breeds, but none have resonated with us quite like Bernedoodles. We’re a small breeder, and our dogs are first and foremost indoor loved family pets. We don’t rely on guardian homes, and all of our breeding dogs undergo health tests. We carefully pair our dogs with health, size, diversity, color, and temperament in mind to produce the best possible puppies.
As a breeder, my ultimate aim is to raise the best family companions, and Bernedoodles are the perfect fit. They come in a broad range of sizes, from mini to standard, and in different colors and coat types. I’m passionate about the genetic side of breeding Bernedoodles and I relish the challenge and responsibility that comes with preserving the Bernese traits we all adore. Above all, my top priority is the health of each and every puppy I raise.

Bernese Mountain Dogs are loyal, affectionate, funny, mellow teddy bears. Poodles are smart, fun loving, goofy, athletic and both make excellent family dogs. Most purebreds struggle with genetic health problems (cancer being #1) resulting in shorter life spans. One of the problems with purebred dogs and the 'closed stud books' is that many have high Coefficient of Inbreeding (COI’s). Bernese tend to have a higher than average COI and it’s much harder to avoid health issues when pairing closely related dogs together. Bernedoodles have a much lower COI; usually less than 5%. Doodles have been around long enough for insurance companies to publish accurate health findings, and doodles are costing less in medical insurance claims and have longer life spans than their purebred counterparts. Plus, Bernedoodles tend to be easier to train, they can be smaller in size, and they can come in a variety of coat colors and coat types.
Our babies are adopted quickly, so reach out to reserve your furever friend or to ask any questions.
